Miami

Two days in which everything happens at once: pastel meets steel, palm trees lean against high-rises, and somewhere between salsa, spray paint, and sand, one realizes this city never stands still. Miami blends tropical ease with bold architecture and an aesthetic that photographers from around the world can’t resist.

Ocean Drive

Stroll & Explore

Ocean Drive
Art Deco hotels line up one after another. Neon lights reflect in the shop windows as rollerbladers and pedestrians move along the boulevard.
Just behind it, the wide sandy beach begins, marked by its iconic pastel-colored lifeguard towers.

South Beach
One of the world’s most famous beaches. Wide, bright sand and shallow turquoise water make it an all-day hangout. The colorful lifeguard towers have become photo icons, and the warm ocean breeze never stops.

Lincoln Road
An open-air promenade lined with palms, fountains, and outdoor cafés. Boutiques and galleries spill out onto the pedestrian street, giving it a mix of local charm and upscale flair.

Wynwood Walls
The Wynwood neighborhood is a massive open-air gallery. Every façade is covered in murals and graffiti, with food trucks and small bars scattered between galleries. Each block has its own character.

Art & Architecture & Culture

1111 Lincoln Road – Herzog & de Meuron
A parking garage every architecture student knows. Brutalist lines, open levels, and sweeping views make it as much a landmark as a functional building.

New World Center – Frank Gehry
At first glance, you know it’s a Gehry — sweeping curves, offset volumes, and a playful approach to space and light. The futuristic concert hall feels both monumental and inviting.

Holocaust Memorial -
Kenneth Treister
Right next to the botanical garden, this memorial leaves an impression you won’t forget. The central bronze hand rises from the ground, surrounded by sculptures and inscriptions.
It’s a powerful architectural gesture that gives you goosebumps.

Food & Beverage

Pura Vida
A bright, minimalist café serving fresh bowls, avocado toast, smoothies, and coconut water. Ideal for a relaxed breakfast or post-beach lunch.

Whole Food Market
A food market with almost overwhelming variety — including plenty of European products. Everything is beautifully presented, making grocery shopping here feel like an experience in itself.

Tacos Atarantados
The best tacos I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal between exploring. In the background, every well-known song plays in Spanish cover versions,
and later the place transforms into a lively karaoke bar.

Barcelona Wine Bar
Beautifully designed interiors with an inner courtyard terrace. Great for tapas and wine, although — let’s be honest — the wine tastes better in Italy.

Miami is versatile, wealthy, and unexpectedly beautiful. It’s where the ocean meets the big-city buzz, where palm-lined boulevards are filled with oversized cars and stylish, affluent locals. The city is full of remarkable architecture — from pastel Art Deco hotels to bold contemporary landmarks. A place of contrasts — tropical and urban, loud and laid-back — that leaves you wanting just one more day.
